ASMA 2017 Survey

The objective of ASMA research 2017 is to provide in-depth analysis of the trends of adopting social media in academia. The ASMA Research will explore every stone of social media and its usage by the stakeholders of the academia including deans, directors, faculty, students, corporate and alumni. The ASMA research aims at providing a comparative study of social media usage phenomena in two different academic sector including B schools and engineering.

This study will explore how these two institution’s aims and objectives impact on the policy of using and managing social media for academic. Our aim is to reduce the gap between technology and learning, and how the changing technology helps the academia to explore new variant of learning and teaching.

Deans and Directors

Deans and directors of an institute have a very significant role to play when it comes to institutes be It about engineering or B schools, the way social media plays a role and what are the impacts. The research aims to explore the challenges faced by the deans and directors while adopting social media in academia.
