Vineet Gupta, Founder and Trustee, Ashoka University & Plaksha University has an entrepreneurial career spanning 25 years and has built companies across different domains. He is currently the Co-founder and Managing Director of Jamboree Education, India\u2019s largest overseas test prep company.<\/p>\n

Gupta graduated from IIT Delhi in 1991 in Mechanical Engineering. In the last 12 years, he has also played an active role in higher education as an institution builder. He is a Co-Founder and Trustee of Ashoka University and has been involved with Ashoka University since 2007 when he, along with a few business leaders came together with the idea of setting up a high-quality Liberal Arts University in India.<\/p>\n

Gupta also played a key role as the Founding Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University and was instrumental in building the institution from the ground up and setting up key functions of the University. As a key member of the Board of Trustees and Governing Body of the University, Gupta continues to play an active role to help oversee and develop different aspects of the institution.<\/p>\n

Since 2017, Gupta is involved as a Co-Founder and Trustee to set up Plaksha University in Chandigarh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
