With his vast experience as an educationist, he has been addressing the challenges faced by young educators through these platforms, to help them create a better education environment for future generations.

He has been honoured with several awards including the ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006’ by the Lt Governor of Delhi and the award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Indian Education System’ by the Independent Schools Federation of India.

Arora received the ‘Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education’ at the South Asia Education Summit Awards 2015, and the ‘Indo Global Outstanding Contribution to Education Award’ at the International Education and Leadership Summit Awards 2016.
