Prior to this position, he held the position of Director IIM Indore, IBS Gurgaon, and S.P.Jain Institute of Management Studies and Research(SPJIMR) Mumbai. Dr. Saxena has advised leading Indian and multinational companies in areas of branding, marketing strategy and organization structures and leadership. Some of Dr. Saxena\u2019s recent awards are ASMA\u2019S Longest Serving Vice Chancellor Award (2019), Rotary Club Bombay West\u2019s Excellence Award in Vocational Education(2019) and AIMA\u2019S Kewal Nohria Award for Academic Leadership in Management Education(2020).
