He holds a Bachelor&amp;#39;s and Master&amp;#39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Quality in Engineering Education.<br \/>\nProf Gambhir has served as Vice-Chancellor at Maharishi Markandeshwar, Ambala, JECRC University, Jaipur; Pro Vice-Chancellor and Director Planning at Manav Rachna International Institute of Studies &amp;amp; Research; and Joint Director in Technical Education Department, Government of Haryana.He is a Member of the American Society for Mechanical Engineers, Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), a past President of the Haryana State Chapter and a Life Member of the Indian Society for<br \/>\nTechnical Education.
