Aditya Tapadia is the Executive Director of Jumpstart.

An FMBA finance postgraduate, Tapadia established Jumpstart International Preschool & Learning Centre in 2009.

After doing his graduation in instrumentation engineering, his learning has been completely hands-on for the last 10 years.

He has been the territory head for the Early Childhood Association for the past 3 years which is a national association that works for early year education.

He has recently elevated his role to that of a National Core Committee member.

Jumpstart has been born out of his passion and vision to create a better future for our children where every child is respected and admired for their uniqueness.

Tapadia has been instrumental in driving Jumpstart towards excellence due to which Jumpstart has been consistently awarded as one of the top 10 preschools of Pune from the year 2015 until 2019 by Educational World magazine.
