Ronald Fernandez is the Chief Executive Officer of AIC-RNTU Foundation (an incubation centre supported by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog), Bhopal.

He has rich multi-domain experience of 28 years in the Education & Training, IT and Manufacturing sectors and is currently supporting 44 start-ups in the incubation centre.

He completed a Master of Business Administration with Marketing & Human Resource as specialisation.

In the past, Fernandez worked with National Entrepreneurship Network, a non-profit organization and was based in Mumbai. The focus of NEN is promoting entrepreneurship education in premium institutes across the country.

At NEN he also supported/consulted with top institutes such as IIT Bombay, NMIMS, Symbiosis, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar, SPIT and Indira Group, along with 55 other premium institutes in Maharashtra.

Fernandez has been an entrepreneur and is currently mentoring many early-stage startups.
