February Session of JEE Main 2021 Examination Begins

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be commencing the JEE Main 2021 examination for the February session from February 23 onwards.

According to reports, the examination would be conducted four times this year, with the February session being conducted on February 23, 24, 25, and 26, 2021.

The JEE Main exam 2021 would be conducted on two shifts, with the first shift being conducted from 9 AM to 12 PM and the second shift will be conducted from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Today, 23rd February, the NTA will conduct Paper 2 of the exam. The NTA will conduct the JEE Main exam in two shifts on each day and all the appearing candidates will have to follow the dress code and instructions as follows:

 

  • Candidates must ensure that they carry necessary important documents with them including the admit card, passport size photo, the government authorized photo identity and in the case of candidates belonging to the PwD category, the certificate should be carried by them.

 

  • Candidates are advised to report at the Examination Centre 2 hours before commencement of the examination.

 

  • It is mandatory for all appearing candidates to wear face masks and carry sanitisers to the exam centre. Hand sanitisers will also be available for candidates and other centre staff inside the exam venue.

 

  • The NTA will provide a new 3 ply mask to each candidate before they enter the exam hall. The candidate will be required to remove the mask worn by him/ her from home and use the mask provided at the centre only.

 

Candidates must keep in mind not to carry electronic devices, bags, eatables in their bags. The examination hall may not have a provision for a locker at the centre to keep belongings.
