JEE-Main Results Announced; 24 Candidates score 100 Percentile

The results of the Joint Entrance Exam- Main 2020 (JEE-Main 2020) have been announced. As per the results, a total of 24 candidates scored 100 percentile in the JEE-Main January and April/September 2020 examination.

According to reports, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has also released the category-wise cut-off for JEE Advanced and the final answer keys on its official website.

The examination was conducted from September 1st to 6th amid concerns due to the coronavirus pandemic which led to a dull turnout on the first day. However, around 74% of the total registered candidates took the exam. In JEE Main January exam 9.21 lakh candidates had registered out of which 8.69 appeared, while in the April/September exam 8.58 lakh candidates had registered for the exam, out of which nearly 6.3 lakh appeared.

The NTA assured candidates that it had taken proper safety measures and maintained social distancing protocols while conducting the exam.
