NCPCR files complaint against Director of Education

Based on a grievance got in regards to a video where Delhi government‘s previous Director of Education Udit Prakash Rai found to ask understudies showed up for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE 12 tests) in February to compose anything in the appropriate response sheets, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) composed a letter to the Delhi government to see the matter immediately and make solid moves against the authority. “Kindly furnish your remarks alongside activity taken/started regarding the present situation to the Commission inside 5 days of receipt of this letter,” it referenced.

In the video, the previous Education Director was seen saying that they have addressed CBSE and educators to grant marks to students  as long as they write anything in the appropriate anwer sheet and told youngsters to not leave any clear or blank space in the anwer sheet. The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights in its letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, Delhi government referenced that the commission has asked into protests and takes suo-moto perception corresponding to hardship and infringement of child rights privileges.
